A busy Mum of 2 who runs her own business, was hesitant to join our program as she had a big celebration and didn't want to miss out or feel like she failed but instead, she joined. Had an amazing celebratory weekend away, ate, drank, and had an amazing time with friends and still lost weight. This gives her confidence in her ability to live her life and lose weight.

A Mum of 3 who runs her own business. Found herself in a place with her kids grown up and putting all her effort into them. She decided it was time to start doing something for herself. Had previously tried gyms but never been able to stick to them. Now 12 months later she is a regular member of our gym and never misses a session. She has done some of our programs and has been able to learn about herself and create sustainable habits so when her business gets busy and she has staffing issues she doesn't give up. She stays consistent in where she is currently at. Now instead of staying at the bottom of the mountain where her family go hiking, she can now lead the hike.
