After Finding myself under a lot of life stress, weight fluctuations - I found myself in a hole where no matter what I didn't seem to work/ After visiting doctors and naturopaths, I was told everything was in normal range yet I knew there was something not right. I was told exhausted even though I had slept 8 hours. My weight was increasing even though I was exercising and eating well. I wasn't being the present mum I wanted to be for my kids. I knew there was more to it - so I had to look deeper and really discover what was going on.
Over 3 years of that and errors, doctors specialists and psychologists. I have been able to put everything I've learnt into a program to help women just like me. And it's working - for hundred of women.

The program is self-paced. Upon signing up you will receive access to PDF modules, a private Facebook group. You have a series of 5 modules to complete. The modules have a series of videos, questions, and journal tasks for you to answer. You may also need some time to reflect. We have live catchups weekly to keep you in check.

No, you don't at all, the mind-over-muscle program is only focusing on your habits. We aim to work out what works for you first, what have you done previously what you like and don’t like. From here we teach you how to implement it into your life so you don’t feel like you are living from restriction.

Journaling is a part of the program but not necessary. It helps to reflect and put your thoughts down onto paper. I would suggest to give it a try and see how you go.
Even without journaling - just thinking and reflecting on the course information you will still learn alot about yourself. You will be able to still implement new habits into your life that will work for you.

Yes as a mum of 2 little ones I understand the struggles. The work can be done in as little time as 20 minutes a day or even spilt up throughout your day.
Time and time management is something we also help you manage in the program so you can be more productive and get the results you want with the time you have.

We have our stage 2 of the process where you can join our 6 Week Mind to Muscle program. Here we use all the knowledge we have already learnt and start applying it with our food and exercise. You have a 6 week food plan to follow as well as workouts.

Yes of course you can. We area ll about creating sustainable habits. So If you want to exercise and keep those habits up we will support you. There is no pressure also if you dont like tp exercise then you don’t need to do that either.

We choose to first look at you. We aren’t going to give you a cookie-cutter plan to follow. We want to work out your habits, what suits your lifestyle and give you the tools so you can manage this for life.
The more that you are able to understand yourself, why you may do different things, and why you may not the more consistent you will be able to be in your wellness journey. From my years as a Personal Trainer, I watched so many people yoyo in and out of programs thinking they needed to be part of the program to lose weight. I prefer to give you the knowlege and confidence to be able to life your life the way you want to and have the body you desire also.
